This course satisfies the annual continuing education requirements for mortgage loan originators set forth by the SAFE Act. Included are two-hours on nontraditional lending discussing ARMs and seller financing. Two required hours of ethics provide an introduction to mortgage fraud. The three-hour law requirement reviews federal law, including the impacts of Dodd-Frank, TILA, and RESPA.
