The purpose of this course is to provide mortgage loan originators with the fundamentals of loan servicing and foreclosure. The course covers various aspects of mortgage loan servicing, such as impound accounts, payoff demand statements, and insurance requirements, as well as processes and procedures related to default and foreclosure of mortgage loans.

The purpose of this course is to teach mortgage loan originators a required four hours of mandatory elective pre-licensure education (PE) information which will ensure that they acquire proficiency in areas of study related to state laws/regulations that mandate the licensing, registration, and business practices of mortgage loan originators.

40-Hour Utah Lending Manager The purpose of this course is to teach mortgage loan originators the required 40 hours of mandatory pre-licensure education (PE) information which will ensure that they acquire proficiency in areas of study required to obtain a Utah-DRE lending manager license, including general mortgage industry knowledge, mortgage-related professional practices, federal mortgage-related law and regulatory compliance, residential mortgage lending practices, Utah statutes and regulations governing the mortgage business, and office management and supervision.
